What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping methods. The shipping methods your order qualifies for will be displayed during the checkout process.
• UPS Ground 1 – 4 days (usually 1 day in Texas)
• UPS Next day air (excludes weekends)
• UPS 2nd day air (excludes weekends)
• UPS Saturday
How much does shipping cost?
There is no set shipping price. Shipping cost will be determined by shipping method and destination. You will be able to review the shipping amount in checkout before any payment is taken. Shipping is FOB San Antonio.
Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?
If you are shipping USPS you can ship to a PO Box. All other UPS shipping methods must have a street address for delivery.
Does He accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept P.O’s from select businesses, schools and government agencies.
Payment is due within 30 days of billing. Orders not paid within that time may be assessed a late charge.
I am local, may I come by to shop or pick up my order?
No, our products are available to view and purchase online only and we ship all orders directly to you.
Can I mix and match to meet the 100-piece custom product minimum?
No, the 100 pieces will have to be of the same product.
What sort of artwork do I need to provide you?
Artwork can be sent in vector format. If you do not have artwork, we will work closely with you to create a custom design.

How quickly can I receive my custom product?
All orders should be delivered 4 – 6 weeks after the artwork has been APPROVED.

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
We thank you for ordering at fiestamedals.com. We take pride in our high-quality pins, but if for some reason you received a damaged IN-STOCK product, we will gladly issue a refund for that item. All damaged pieces will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the order and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If you need to return a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON NON-DAMAGED ITEMS.
CUSTOM PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
For all custom orders, the manufacturing process does not begin until you are 100% satisfied with the final design and approval. If the custom products you receive do not meet your expectations, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If it is determined that there were errors in manufacturing or the product differs materially from what was approved, then we will replace or refund all flawed or defective merchandise. In order to be eligible to receive a refund or to have merchandise replaced, the original, defective merchandise must be returned in full. Fiestamedals.com will not refund or replace merchandise unless all the merchandise in question is returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing us at email@example.com. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON NON-DAMAGED ITEMS.
